This Ferrari lh-return-spring (SKU FE-85709200) is a precision-part designed to restore a left-hand side mechanism to its resting position after actuation. It delivers consistent tension to help linked components move smoothly, returning to their neutral state with predictability. Built to endure the stresses of daily driving, this return spring supports reliable operation of the associated latch, lever, or hinge, helping maintain proper alignment and feel. Replacing a worn or weakened LH return spring can restore responsive performance and prevent intermittent operation that affects comfort and safety. What is the lh-return-spring? The lh-return-spring is a tension device designed to pull a component back toward its resting position after movement. In Ferrari vehicles, this type of spring commonly supports left-side assemblies such as latches, levers, or panels, providing a controlled return force that helps keep parts in proper engagement. The spring works with mounting points and hardware to maintain consistent force across cycles, resist wear, and preserve alignment. When installed correctly, it contributes to smooth operation, reduced play, and confidence when activating related controls or features. Why is the lh-return-spring Important? Quality springs maintain safety and durability. A healthy LH return spring ensures that moving parts return promptly, preventing sagging, misalignment, or sticking that could compromise function. Replacing an aged or damaged spring helps maintain consistent tension, avoids abnormal stress on hinges or latches, and supports predictable responses during regular use. In a Ferrari, where precise control and reliability matter, a proper LH return spring helps protect adjacent components from extra wear and contributes to long-term performance and driving experience. Installation Guide & Support To install, refer to the vehicle’s service guidelines and follow general safety practices. Disconnect power if applicable, remove the existing spring from its mounting points, inspect the securing hardware for wear, and install the new LH return spring with correct orientation and tension. Check that mounting brackets, pins, and fasteners are fully seated, then test the range of motion to confirm smooth return.
