The Ferrari rear centre console tray base is a practical interior component designed to support the console tray area and help keep the cabin organised and functional. If this part is damaged, worn, or missing, replacing it can help restore the original feel and usability of the interior while maintaining a clean, well-finished appearance. What is the rear-centre-console-tray-base? The rear centre console tray base is the structural base or mounting section that helps form part of the rear console tray area inside the vehicle. In a Ferrari interior, parts like this are important because they contribute to the fit, support, and overall presentation of the cabin. It is typically used to provide a stable foundation for the tray section and help the surrounding trim sit correctly in place. When the base is in good condition, the console area looks more complete and functions as intended. Why is the rear-centre-console-tray-base Important? This part is important because interior trim and support pieces affect both appearance and everyday usability. A worn or broken rear centre console tray base can lead to loose trim, poor alignment, or a less refined cabin finish. In a Ferrari, where interior condition matters, replacing a damaged tray base helps preserve the vehicle’s original look and supports a neat, secure installation. Keeping this component in proper condition can also help prevent further wear to nearby trim pieces and reduce unwanted movement or rattling in the console area. Installation Guide & Support Installation of the rear centre console tray base should be carried out carefully so the surrounding trim and mounting points are not damaged. Because interior components can vary in fit and design, it is always best to compare the part against the existing console area before fitting. If the original base shows signs of cracking, looseness, or wear, replacement can help restore proper support and finish. For the best results, use the correct Ferrari part for the application and ensure all clips, fasteners, and contact points are aligned securely during installation.
